The only other additional charge will be sales and lodging tax totaling 12.75%.

 Airbnb prices have a 15% service fee they collect added to the nightly rate. You can book direct 
to have those fees waived! That is about $1,200 savings for prime weeks!

If you would like to reserve a week, please contact us and I will send a rental agreement. Please return with a copy of a photo ID and deposit payment. A 50% deposit is required to reserve the date and the balance  is due 30 days before your check in.
