Only other additional charge will be sales and lodging tax totaling 12.75%.
 We will honor an advertised nightly rate from Airbnb if this rate does not match. Book direct and save on average of about 15% in Airbnb service fees!

If you would like to reserve a week, please contact us and I will send a rental agreement to you. Please return with a copy of a photo ID and deposit check. A 50% deposit is required to reserve the date and the balance along with security deposit is due 30 days before your check in. 

Trip Cancellation
​Cancellation policy is NO refunds unless we can rebook. Once dates are taken off the market, they become unavailable to other renters.  It is highly recommended for guests to purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergency/bad weather, hurricane, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, etc. as NO REFUNDS will be given unless your week is able to be rebooked.
